Summary
This study tests whether a home-based cardiac rehabilitation program can improve quality of life and healthy behaviors in people with heart disease living in low-resource areas of Islamabad, Pakistan. About 92 adults with conditions like coronary artery disease or heart failure will take part. The program includes exercise, education, and counseling delivered at home, aiming to make rehab more accessible for those who cannot easily attend hospital-based programs.
