Summary
This study looks at whether using a soft or rigid tray for at-home tooth whitening with a 16% peroxide gel leads to better results and fewer side effects. One hundred adults with stained teeth will use either a soft or rigid tray for 2 hours daily over 3 weeks. Researchers will track tooth color, sensitivity, gum irritation, and overall satisfaction for up to a year.
