NCT ID NCT06106984
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study is testing a mobile app that guides veterans through mental exercises at home to reduce phantom limb pain—pain felt where a leg used to be. About 36 veterans with a below-knee amputation will use the app for 6 weeks. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and helps ease pain, so larger studies can be planned.
