Summary
This study tests a home-based program for healthy adults aged 65-85 that combines mild electrical muscle stimulation with watching movement videos. The goal is to see if this easy, low-cost approach can improve arm strength and body awareness. Participants do three 20-minute sessions per week for four weeks.
