Summary
This study looks at whether a 6-month home exercise program is safe and practical for adults with cancer. Participants will use a stationary bike and do strength exercises at home, with regular check-ins from a physiotherapist. The goal is to see if this approach can improve physical function and quality of life, and to guide future larger studies.
