Summary
This study is testing whether a daily dose of holy basil extract can help adults with chronic stomach discomfort, known as dyspepsia. Researchers want to see if the herbal treatment reduces stomach inflammation and improves symptoms like pain, bloating, and nausea. Participants will take the extract for 28 days while their symptoms and stomach health are closely monitored.
