New drug trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat stomach cancers

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called HLX43 in people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal cancer that has continued to grow despite standard treatment. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and to see if the drug can shrink tumors and help patients live longer. About 60 participants will receive the drug by IV infusion at different dose levels to determine the best one for further testing.
