Summary
This study tests a new tablet called HL-1186 to see if it safely reduces pain after abdominal surgery. About 40 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo, and their pain levels will be tracked for 48 hours. The goal is to find a better way to manage moderate to severe pain after surgery.
