Summary

This early-phase study tested a personalized vaccine made from a patient's own immune cells and inactivated HIV. The goal was to see if it was safe and could help control the virus after participants temporarily stopped their standard antiretroviral medication. Eleven people with HIV who had not yet started medication participated.
