First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026

Summary

This study looked at 66 HIV-positive adults who switched from a standard three-drug regimen to either a two-drug or a three-drug regimen. The goal was to compare changes in immune markers like CD8 cell counts and the CD4/CD8 ratio. Both regimens aim to keep the virus under control while possibly reducing long-term side effects.
