Summary
This study is testing two different phone-based support programs to help Latino men with HIV take their daily medication more consistently. It will compare strategies that start with simple text message reminders and add remote navigation support for those who need extra help. The goal is to find the most effective way to help people stick to their treatment plan and keep the virus suppressed.
