Summary
This study tests whether a new ultra-long-acting injectable HIV medication works as well as the current long-acting version. About 564 adults and teens with well-controlled HIV will receive either the ultra-long-acting or the standard long-acting shots. The goal is to see if the new option can keep the virus suppressed with fewer injections.
