Summary
This study tested two nurse-led programs to help women living with HIV in Durban, South Africa, stay in treatment and keep the virus under control. Over 1,300 women who sell sex for money or goods took part. The goal was to see which program worked best for keeping them in care and achieving viral suppression (less than 50 copies of HIV per mL of blood).
