Summary

This study looks at how well long-acting injectable HIV prevention medications work in real life and how satisfied people are with them. About 128 adults in Louisville, KY who are already getting or starting these shots will fill out surveys and interviews over 12 months. The goal is to compare two medications, lenacapavir and cabotegravir, to see which one people prefer and how consistently they take it.
