Summary

This study aims to find the best ways to help people in Malawi continue taking HIV prevention medication. It will test a package of support strategies at clinics and community centers, focusing on helping people stay on either daily pills or a newer long-acting injection. The goal is to see which approach helps people continue their prevention regimen for at least five months.
