Summary
This study is testing a package of support strategies to help people at high risk for HIV in Malawi continue taking their prevention medications. It will compare standard care to enhanced support at clinics and community centers, focusing on helping people stick with both daily pills and long-acting injections. The goal is to find the best ways to support continued use of these important prevention tools.
