Summary
This study aims to find better ways to help people who use drugs start and continue taking daily pills to prevent HIV. Researchers will work with 200 people visiting an emergency room, offering some a year of support to take the already-approved prevention drug Descovy. The main goal is to understand the real-world challenges of sticking with this medication and to improve healthcare connections for this group.
