Summary
This study tests a comprehensive approach to help high-risk men who have sex with men (MSM) in the southern US get better access to HIV prevention and treatment services. The goal is to reduce new HIV infections by increasing use of prevention pills (PrEP) for those without HIV and improving care for those living with HIV. About 2,700 participants will be involved, and the strategy focuses on communities with the highest HIV rates.
