Scientists ask: what does a good HIV prevention gel feel like?
NCT ID NCT02102867
Summary
This study aimed to understand what makes an HIV prevention gel feel acceptable and easy to use during sex. Researchers asked 18 men and women to try three different gel textures and report their experiences after use. The goal was to gather feedback to help scientists design future prevention products that people are more likely to use consistently.
