Summary
This study in Malawi will test new strategies to help people at high risk for HIV stay on their prevention medication, including a long-acting injectable drug. About 9,900 participants, including female sex workers and men who have sex with men, will receive either standard care or extra support to continue their PrEP regimen. The goal is to find the best way to keep people protected from HIV over time.
