Summary
This study will follow 8,000 people with HIV to see how well their antiviral therapy works if they also have an opportunistic infection (like tuberculosis or fungal infections). Researchers will compare viral suppression and immune recovery between those with and without these extra infections. The goal is to find the best treatment strategies and build models to predict outcomes.
