New Long-Acting HIV shots aim to keep virus in check

Summary
This study looks at how well a long-acting HIV treatment works. It combines two drugs, cabotegravir and lenacapavir, given as shots. The goal is to see if the treatment keeps the virus under control and is safe. About 50 adults with HIV who are already on or starting this combo will be followed for one year.
