First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study will follow 8,000 HIV patients to see how well antiretroviral therapy works for those who also have opportunistic infections (like tuberculosis or fungal infections) compared to those without. Researchers will measure viral suppression and immune cell recovery to find the best treatment strategies. The goal is to improve care and build models to predict outcomes for this high-risk group.
