HIV kids get lifeline: Long-Term drug access study launches

Summary
This study offers children with HIV-1 who previously benefited from the drug rilpivirine continued access to it as part of their treatment. About 48 kids will take the drug along with other HIV medications to keep the virus under control. The main goal is to check the long-term safety of rilpivirine in these young patients.
