Summary
This study aims to understand how a natural chemical called histamine helps the body adapt and improve after exercise. Researchers will enroll 80 healthy young adults to perform exercise or receive heat treatments while collecting small samples of muscle fluid and blood. The goal is to learn the basic science behind how exercise creates lasting health benefits.
