Summary

This study is for people with pancreatic cancer that has spread to the lining of the abdomen. Doctors are testing a treatment called HIPEC, where heated chemotherapy drugs are placed directly into the belly during surgery. The goal is to see if this approach can help people live longer and control the disease. About 40 adults aged 18 to 80 will take part.
