Summary

This study tests two minimally invasive treatments for people with long-lasting hip pain (Greater Trochanteric Pain Syndrome). Participants will receive either a targeted artery treatment (TAME) or a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection. The goal is to see which one reduces pain and improves daily function better over a year.
