Summary
This study looks at whether exercises focused on the hips or the knees work better for people with flexible flat feet. About 46 adults aged 25-40 with flat feet will be split into two groups: one doing hip exercises and the other doing knee exercises, both for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in foot arch height, balance, and leg muscle strength to find the best approach.
