Summary
This study compares two types of exercise programs—one focusing on the hip and the other on the ankle—to see which better improves leg function in athletes with chronic ankle instability. About 36 professional athletes aged 18-40 who have had repeated ankle sprains will participate. The goal is to find the most effective way to reduce instability and improve performance.
