Summary

This study is testing whether a new way of positioning patients during hip surgery causes fewer nerve injuries and complications in the groin and pelvic area. Researchers will compare the new 'post-free' method against the traditional method in 270 patients with hip impingement syndrome. The study will track nerve injuries, pain levels, recovery time, and costs to see which approach works better.
