Summary
This study tests if adding two extra nerve blocks to a standard one can improve pain relief and recovery after hip replacement surgery. 60 adults having hip surgery will be randomly assigned to get either the standard block alone or the standard block plus the extra blocks. The goal is to see if the combination reduces pain, lowers the need for strong painkillers, and helps patients feel better sooner.
