First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026

Summary

This study tests two different ways to give a nerve block (called an erector spinae plane block) for people having hip replacement surgery. The goal is to see which method provides better numbness and pain relief. About 44 adults will be randomly assigned to one of the two techniques, and researchers will measure their pain, medication use, and recovery quality.
