Robots vs. surgeons: which hip replacement helps you walk better?
NCT ID NCT07226973
Summary
This study compares how well people walk after hip replacement surgery using three different techniques. Researchers will measure walking patterns in 48 adults with hip arthritis before surgery and at 6 and 12 weeks after. They're comparing traditional manual surgery approaches with a newer robotic-assisted method to see which helps patients recover their normal walking ability faster.
