Summary

This study looks at how people walk after total hip replacement surgery using three different surgical methods. Researchers will measure walking speed, hip muscle activity, and other movement details in 48 adults with hip osteoarthritis. The goal is to find out which approach leads to the best walking recovery, not to test a new treatment or cure.
