Summary
This study is tracking how well the Medacta SMS hip stem works in 550 people who need a hip replacement due to conditions like arthritis or hip damage. The main goal is to see how long the implant lasts and how it affects pain, movement, and quality of life. Participants will be followed with X-rays and surveys to check bone healing and satisfaction.
