Summary
This study aims to find the best way to manage pain after hip replacement surgery. Researchers will compare two different combinations of nerve-blocking techniques in 102 patients undergoing elective hip replacement. The goal is to determine which method provides better pain relief while minimizing side effects like muscle weakness and reducing the need for opioid pain medications.
