Doctors track hip implants for a decade
NCT ID NCT04122157
Summary
This study followed 135 patients for up to 10 years after they received a specific type of hip replacement implant. The goal was to see how well the implant performed over time by checking for problems, measuring hip function, and tracking if the implant needed to be replaced. Patients received standard hip replacement surgery and follow-up care, with no extra risks from being in the study.
