Summary

This study looked at 40 active seniors (65+) who broke their hip. It compared total hip replacement (replacing the whole hip joint) with partial hip replacement (replacing only the ball part). The goal was to see which surgery leads to better pain relief, movement, and daily function. Both surgeries aim to help patients get back on their feet quickly.
