Summary

This study is tracking how well a specific new hip replacement cup performs over 10 years. It will follow 280 adults with severe arthritis who get this implant as part of their standard hip replacement surgery. The main goal is to see how long the cup lasts without needing replacement and to measure changes in patients' pain, mobility, and satisfaction.
