Summary

This study looks at whether lying on your side or standing changes how well hip muscles work in men with patellofemoral pain syndrome (knee pain). Researchers will measure muscle activity and strength in 44 men, half with knee pain and half without. The goal is to understand which position is best for testing and treating hip weakness linked to knee pain.
