Summary
This study tests two minimally invasive treatments for people with long-lasting hip pain (greater trochanteric pain syndrome). Participants will receive either a TAME procedure (blocking blood flow to the painful area) or a PRP injection (using your own blood to promote healing). The goal is to see which one reduces pain and improves daily function better over a year.
