New combo nerve block may ease hip replacement pain better

Summary
This study looks at two ways to manage pain after total hip replacement: a standard nerve block (PENG) versus that block plus an extra one (PHPB) for the back of the hip. The goal is to see which approach provides better pain relief, helps patients move sooner, and improves recovery. About 127 adults having hip replacement will take part.
