Summary

This study looked at whether a special hip stretching technique (high-force lateral distraction mobilization) can help athletes with groin pain from a condition called osteitis pubis. 36 athletes were split into two groups: one received the real technique, the other a placebo. The goal was to see if the technique reduced pain and improved hip movement.
