New pain block combo may speed hip replacement recovery

Summary
This study tests whether adding a second nerve block to the standard one can better control pain after total hip replacement. About 127 adults having hip surgery will receive either the standard block or the combination. The goal is to see which approach leads to less pain, faster recovery, and less need for strong painkillers.
