Summary

This study tests if a specific hip stretching technique can reduce back disability and pain in women with a mild form of spondylolisthesis (a slipped vertebra). Researchers will measure changes in disability, pain, and flexibility in 32 participants aged 40-60. The goal is to see if this simple, non-invasive approach can improve daily function.
