Can a quick hip pop boost your strength and stability?
NCT ID NCT07025434
Summary
This study aims to measure if a specific hip adjustment technique, commonly used by clinicians but not well-studied, improves hip rotation, muscle strength, and landing mechanics in healthy adults. Researchers will compare the real adjustment to a fake treatment in 60 participants aged 18-45. The goal is to gather objective evidence on whether this technique works as intended for improving movement.
