Summary

This study compares how much two different hip implant materials wear down over time in 96 people aged 55-80 getting a hip replacement. One material is a standard plastic, the other is a newer, stronger plastic with vitamin E. The goal is to see which lasts longer, but this study does not offer a treatment or cure.
