Do hip implants stay put? Two-Year tracking study reveals movement patterns

NCT ID NCT05930067

Summary

This study continued tracking 82 people who received specific hip replacement implants to see how well the implants stayed in place over two years. Researchers measured tiny movements of the artificial hip socket using special X-ray analysis and checked how patients were doing with pain, function, and daily activities. The goal was to gather detailed information about the long-term performance of these hip replacement systems.
