First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a personalized, step-by-step exercise program led by a physical therapist works better than usual care for people aged 18-55 with long-term hip or groin pain. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups and followed for up to 5 years. The main goal is to see if the structured program improves hip-related quality of life more than standard treatment.
