Summary

This study compares the standard hip surgery approach to a new muscle-sparing technique for people over 50 with a broken hip (femoral neck fracture). The goal is to see which method leads to better pain relief, function, and mobility after surgery. About 476 participants will be followed to measure outcomes like the Harris Hip Score.
